Since 1932 we have safeguarded more than thirty thousand hectares of forest in Spain, where the sun, rain and Atlantic salinity contribute to the exceptional quality of our hams.
For more than 90 years we have meticulously nurtured each of our ibéricos products, crafting every piece while also providing a contemporary alternative with our exquisite sliced offerings.
Each piece is unique, born from animals that roam freely across our hills, beneath the shade of ancient holm oaks, resting by river pools or roaming under the southern Spanish sun.
